There is an error with the Chaintech dealing with APIC. I don't even know what APIC is, but I was planning on putting together a box similar to the one listed. In the thread above, it is mentioned that the issue will be fixed in the next release. I was wondering when that is planned to be? Is there a planned release schedule available anywhere, or is it just "when it happens" kind of thing?

Thanks for the info. I'm looking forward to getting my feet wet with this project and hope to learn alot and eventually give something back.

Well it's a when it happens thing, but it should be happening pretty soon. And the chaintek board may or may not be affected by the local APIC issue. mine has no problems with it.

If all goes well it will be out this weekend.
