After pulling my hair out for a while try to get the D-Link 520e to work and then looking at other wireless posts go unanswered here, I thought it was about time to get a poll going for recommended wireless hardware.

What PCI wireless card do you use?

What PCMIA wireless card do you use?

Any pointers to a Howto for your card would be greatly appreciated as well by the KnoppMyth community.

The easier the installation for the device the better.

well most people want 802.11g but the drivers are limited if you are satisfied with 802.11b then the netgear PCI card. I think the # is ma311 works right out of the box. autodetected and everything.

I use a D-Link USB wireless adapter DWL-122 and it works great. You have to compile some drivers but it's really easy if you follow the directions.
