After pulling my hair out for a while try to get the D-Link 520e to work and then looking at other wireless posts go unanswered here, I thought it was about time to get a poll going for recommended wireless hardware. What PCI wireless card do you use? What PCMIA wireless card do you use? Any pointers to a Howto for your card would be greatly appreciated as well by the KnoppMyth community. The easier the installation for the device the better. |

well most people want 802.11g but the drivers are limited if you are satisfied with 802.11b then the netgear PCI card. I think the # is ma311 works right out of the box. autodetected and everything. |

I use a D-Link USB wireless adapter DWL-122 and it works great. You have to compile some drivers but it's really easy if you follow the directions. |
