I bought the IRman serial receiver and remote from http://www.evation.com/orders/online.html a while back, and I'd like to use it w/ Knoppmyth. Anyone know of a howto on this? |

I think someone posted on how to do this... It should setup the same way it would on any other Linux distro. The source foe LIRC is in /usr/src. |

run configure in the lirc source, choose the Irman, save and exit. Run "make" then "make install". I have in Irman, and it works beautifully. |

I have a EPIA M10000 and my KnoppMyth it's works fine, but my remote don't work with my IRMAN receptor. The devide is /dev/ttyS1 (COM2), and running "test_io /dev/ttyS1" of the package libirman, the codes of remote show in the screen then device work. How to configure LIRC for use de IRMAN in knoppmyth??? I can't put remote to work!!! Help me, please!!! Obs: Sorry for my suck english!!! |
