I've looked over the faqs (specifically the black screen watching TV faq) and I haven't been able to find a solution to this problem. I have a Scientific Atlanta digital cable box that has an RF out. When I plug the PVR-350 into the box and tune to channel 3, I get a perfect picture. If I plug the PVR-350 directly into the cable connection I get nothing if I use the us-cable freq, a few good channels (not the correct ones for the channel number, but I can receive them) if I use us-cable-irc, and more channels but terrible quality if I use us-cable-hrc.
So I can use the PVR if I slave it to the cable box, but it's obviously a little annoying as I can't record a channel I'm not watching on the TV and they are all listed as being on channel 3 when I play them back. Anyone have suggestions of what else I might try to fix this?
