Does anyone have any experience with the Foxconn/Winfast 6150k8MD

I'm looking to rebuild my backend system. I was recently given a Socket 939 3800+ processor and 1.5 GB of DDR 3200 RAM. I'm currently running a Socket A 2400+ and would like to move to something with a little more muscle without dishing out money for brand new everything.

This motherboard was suggested to me by one of the fellows at a local computer store as an option, socket 939 is starting to become a little bit tricky to come by. This board appeals to me as it has built in video (I've seen posts of others using the 6150 graphics, and it seems to be well supported), is DDR (as opposed to DDR2) and has 2 PCI slots (I currently own 2 PVR 150 cards that I'll be moving to this system).

I did a couple quick searches in the forum here, and it doesn't seem that anyone else has posted any success (or failure) reports with this motherboard. At a glance, this board seems to me to be fairly similar to the Asus A8N-VM CSM which people seem to be using with relative success.

Here are the specs for the Foxconn/Winfast board, any input that anyone can offer would be greatly appreciated. I'd hate to go buy it only to find that it has a showstopper issue of some sort. Would I be better off ordering something like the Asus A8N-VM CSM online?
