| Post subject: | Hauppauge USB IR Remote with IRBlaster |
I have a Hauppauge PVR-150 MCE that has the USB Connected Remove Reciever with an IRBlaster that plugs into the Receiver via a headphone jack. The KnoppMyth is the latest, R5E50. This card came with the Silver MCE (RC6) remote. It does not work. However, I also have a card sitting on a shelf, a Hauppauge WinTV Go Plus that have with the same USB Receiver/IRblaster setup but with the old, more familiar grey remote. This remote, with the PVR-150 Reveiver Works. However, it does not appear that the IRBlast works. The setup asks if I have a Serial IR Blaster installed. I've tried yes and no. 3 questions: 1 Has anybody have this setup, both receiver and irblaster (USB version) working. 2 Anybody have this working withe the RC6 remote. 3 If so, how did they do it?
