I have a PVR-150 w/ Silver "Dog Bone" Remote and a IR blaster. I had the remote working with the latest R5E50 version of KnoppMyth, but I had problems with my MX400 Svideo out. I got the R5B7 release and All is working well so far except for the remote. The remote is a must becuase my wife is going to be using MythTV. Anyways, I set it up in the configuration menu and nothing happens. Searched the Forums and can't find any help so far. I did make sure it was plugged in well to the back of the PVR-150. I looked with the hardware and lirc configs. Does anybody know of a way I can check to make sure the service is running in the background that controls this function of MythTV or know of a fix? Thank you in Advance. Jay |

Thank you in Advance. Jay to ensure it loads with startup... I believe this is for red hat /sbin/chkconfig lircd on and this is for debian update-rc.d lirc defaults or vice versa |
