I am putting a new box together using an amd 500+ 64x2 so i would like to find out which pci express video card should i buy since most of the info seems old due to the fx5200 is agp not pci express

A 6200LE is sufficient, and a reasonable price.

I was hoping that fx6200 info was old by now and that the drivers may have improved

By the way which drivers are the best for tv out

For an nvidia card, the nvidia drivers. An appropriate version is installed automatically at the start of phase 2 installation based on the video chipset detected. For certain HDTV applications you may want to move from the tested version provided to whatever the latest is if you have performance problems.
