Hi,

I have a frontend/backend setup working for my main tv r5f1. I am now looking at setting up a frontend only in the other lounge room via wireless network.

I have been doing some research and have decided to go with either a XBox or a Laptop outputting to a 51cm tv running SD only.

I was wondering if anyone had advice or is actually using any of these two. Or if someone has tried but opted against either.

Am leaning towards a laptop... have the chance to buy a 2ghz Dell C840 for $300(au). Have heard though that xboxs are down to $100-$150(au).

Any advice would be appreciated. I have searched the threads past couple of months but have found nothing conclusive as yet.

Ive never tried a poll so thought id give one a go aswell.
