I tried to test out mythweb by scheduling a recording. Myth began recording the wrong channel, which turned out to be the last channel that the 250 was tuned to. I duplicated the problem a few times. Each time I get a recording of whatever the tuner was last set to. I have no tuning problems outside of this issue (I have 2 functional tuners - the other being a 401) and the epg is working fine as well. I'm not sure which logs to look at...any pointers? Thanks

All logs are kept in /var/log. Have you also search(or posted) the mythtv archive?

I've searched and found a couple of posts with this problem.

http://www.gossamer-threads.com/lists/mythtv/users/25588

This post talks about another program changing the tuner channel and myth obviously doesn't know about it so it causes problems, but that doesn't really apply to me.

I'm still searching though.

Ok, I found another post that mentioned dropping mythconverg. I can accomplish the same by re-running mythtv-setup, answering yes to both 'clear everything' questions, then proceeding to setup the tuners, correct?

A mythtv-setup ->Yes->Yes worked.
