I picked one of these up on New Year's Day but see it hasn't been supported, but now there are beta drivers out ( http://ivtvdriver.org/index.php/Cx18 ). I got it to be a second HDTV/ATSC tuner, and I'm trying to decide whether to open it and wait for driver support (and possibly help with testing) or take it back to the store. They say DVB is working, so I'm guessing ATSC support isn't far behind? Anybody have a crystal ball to tell me if we're talking about days, weeks or months? Does anybody know if the bundled remote is supported? The photo on the box looks like this one which apparently was bundled with the PVR-350: http://lirc.sourceforge.net/remotes/hau ... VR-350.jpg . I haven't opened the box, so I don't know if the receiver is serial, usb or what. It's also bundled with an IR blaster. I don't have a need for this, but I'd be curious if it's supported. |

How could I turn down the KnoppMyth founder/developer/maintainer? You talked me into it. I guess it's the least I can do. I like Debian, and the only KnoppMyth problems I had were upstream driver issues that are already in the pipeline to be resolved. Thanks! |
