I've got a weird issue that I can't seem to find any answer for... ya see I'll be watching a show I recorded... and then BAM! all of a sudden the audio will turn to pure static... oh, and for some reason the static is unnaturally loud... it always surprises me... it's almost as if the audio is at full blast when it turns to static... for some reason... oh, and if I skip forward past the static inducing spot then I can view the video and it will have no static, so, it's almost like the static is started at one point... then just keeps playing, but if you don't hit that static spot and are past it... then the static won't start... I don't know, it's pretty kooky. Then if I try to fast forward instead of skip forward the video will exit and I will be back to the recorded shows menu... it doesn't seem to follow any kind of rhyme or reason... just all of a sudden it will happen. I'm guessing that this most likely is a problem with recording the tv show... it's an ATI TV Wonder VE but if you need to know, I'm also use an onboard AC'97 sound card... |
