Hi, I've got a basic knoppmyth box up and running based on the ChaintecH 7nif2. I'd like to give the digital output a try (from my understanding this board can do Digital 5.1 sound). The 7NIF2 has an on board SPDIF connector on the board. I'd like to get a add on that would give me optical in/output and coaxial in/outputs so that I can link to a digital receiver. Does anybody know what the part is called and where I can find it? I explained in to the folks at Microcenter and they didn't quite understand Thanks, Adrian |

from what I have read you have to go direct to chaintech and you can get them there, but they are not listed on the web. you have to go through support, at least that's what I read some time back. |
