I have found all of the tweaks, but I'm still getting poor video quality and the channel is one off. channels being off is almost always an indication of wrong tuner type.

I have a TV Wonder VE in my box and I'm using card=64 and tuner=2 without problem.

If you are using R5, the only way I've been able to get it to work is having the bttv tuner=2 line right in the /etc/modules file
