Post subject:  PCTV Pro, btaudio, and the MSP34xx/bt878

The motherboard in my backend fried over the weekend. I've replaced it with an Aopen board that has an Intel ICH4 and a Realtek audio codec chip. ALSA didn't seem to recognize either of these, and while I have more work to do there, I thought I might try just using btaudio.

Unfortunately I have a Pinnacle PCTV Pro capture card, which is called out in the MythTV docs as having an MSP34xx, but not having it wired correctly to the bt878 card. http://www.mythtv.org/docs/mythtv-HOWTO-21.html#ss21.7

This brings me to my real question...does anyone have any more information about this topic? How is it wired, and how should it be wired? Is it something that can be reworked?

Thanks,
Mike
