What resolution do you use when capping to MPEG-2 (NTSE)?
720x480 (DVD Resolution) 0%  0%  [ 0 ]
640x480 (4:3) 14%  14%  [ 1 ]
544x480 (TiVo High Resolution) 0%  0%  [ 0 ]
480x480 (SVCD Resolution) 71%  71%  [ 5 ]
lower than 480x480 14%  14%  [ 1 ]

I've been using:

PVR-250 as capture card
Res: 480x480
Bitrate: 4500 average / 6000 max
Stream Type: MPEG-2 PS
Average Filesize (1/2 hour): 1.1 gigs
