OK, I finally got the display to fill my TV screen using nvtv, but now when I watch live tv or a recording, the picture still has 3 inch black bars on all sides. Everything else fills the screen all the way except tv (live or recorded)

Also, when I play videos, about one inch of the screen is repeated on the left side, and the rest of the picture looks screwy. It's hard to describe, the best way I can is to say that it seems like alternating horizontal lines are shifted to the left.

Everything else seems to display correctly. I'm using a Geforce2 MX200, with the composite out connected to my TV.
