I have tried the latest release with a Adaptec 2940B SCSI card, and I'm hanging when it's trying to run insmod for the SCSI driver. If I go in to expert mode on boot and then let 'autoprobe' detect it, I'll get a kernerl panic and the system hangs. Any ideas what's going on? Do I need to update the FW on the SCSI card? |

not sure you're going to have much luck with this. most all livecd type distro's have problems with certain scsi cards. you can try the noscsi switch on boot, but then I doubt you would be able to load, and I know the autoinstall will not work on scsi. |
