I have found all of the tweaks, but I'm still getting poor video quality and the channel is one off.

I have tried the modules/bttv

Code:
alias char-major-81-0   bttv
options bttv card=64 radio=0 tuner=2

doing a dmesg | grep bttv showed this

Code:
root@mythtv:~ # dmesg | grep bttv

bttv: driver version 0.9.15 loaded
bttv: using 8 buffers with 2080k (520 pages) each for capture
bttv: Bt8xx card found (0).
bttv0: Bt878 (rev 17) at 00:0c.0, irq: 11, latency: 32, mmio: 0xdddfe000
bttv0: detected: ATI TV Wonder/VE [card=64], PCI subsystem ID is 1002:0003
bttv0: using: ATI TV-Wonder VE [card=64,insmod option]
bttv0: gpio: en=00000000, out=00000000 in=00ffffff [init]
bttv0: using tuner=19
bttv0: i2c: checking for TDA9875 @ 0xb0... not found
bttv0: i2c: checking for TDA7432 @ 0x8a... not found
bttv0: registered device video0
bttv0: registered device vbi0
bttv0: PLL: 28636363 => 35468950 .. ok
bttv0: PLL can sleep, using XTAL (28636363).
bttv0: timeout: drop=22 irq=3838/19878, risc=1370307c, bits: HSYNC OFLOW FDSR

Are the two i2c issues causing this or could it be the turner=19 when I set it to 2?

Mark

channels being off is almost always an indication of wrong tuner type.

I have a TV Wonder VE in my box and I'm using card=64 and tuner=2 without problem.

If you are using R5, the only way I've been able to get it to work is having the bttv tuner=2 line right in the /etc/modules file
