G'Day, I have a GeForce4 MX440 card installed and the tv-out seems to work fine for boot and mythfrontend, however whenever i go to watch TV or play a DVD the monitor (tv) goes blue and you see no picture.. am i right in saying that the output fromt eh DVB-T 771 Avermedia Card isnt getting to the video card, and if so , whats missing. Other video devices like the webcam etc using mythphone work fine ... Also any recorded shows have the same problem .. play on pc monitor but fail to play in TV ... Any ideas ? |

yes you can't show video on both monitor and tv, search for twinview. the problem is that nvidia cannot do xv on both monitor and tv only one or the other. |

Check my thread over under the Tier 2 topic. It goes through the whole evolution with twinview and then without, showing XF86Config-4 samples and everything along the way. |
