I did a google search for astra 19.2 DVB frequency, and found a few pages. Try these:

http://www.lyngsat.com/astra1e.html
11479, 11509, 11568, 11597, 11686MHz,
SR22000, FEC 5/6

http://www.lyngsat.com/astra19.html
10773, 10788, 10818, 10832, 10847, 10876, 10979, 11038, 11097, 11156, 11318, 11497, 11509MHz etc

Another web site said: 11.720 GHz Horizontal - SR 27500 FEC 3/4

This should be a "do a google" type question, but when I went through it for German Cable, I came up with a lot of disjoint information and it took a while to figure out.

As user mythtv (important!), run "mythfilldatabase --manual" and select the channels you want (there's about 100 to choose from).

Then run "mythfilldatabase" to download the data. You can do it from the menus, but it might be best to do it from the command line the first time (again, as user mythtv).

Then go into "mythtv-setup". All the channels should be there, but you will have to enter the correct frequencies. Check the web pages above or astra's web pages (this worked for me in R5, but in R4, I had to add the channels manually which was a pain since you need to figure out the xmltv tag for each one).
