Hey all. R5A15 install. When originally installed, no TV was connected, and was only using monitor. Since then I have used svideo to connect to my tv. Machine is a Shuttle PC, using SIS301 video chipset that has svideo output. Enabled svideo in bios, connected to tv. Everything showing fine, menu's etc, accept for when selecting "Watch TV". When I do this I am shown a blue screen on the tv, while the monitor which is also connected, shows the tv station fine. Regarding X config, I used the nvideo sample file as my XF86Config-4, and edited. I changed the driver from nvidia, to sis, and also monitor to be tv. Apart from this, the file is unmodified. I tested a DVD as well, and the same thing. Seems to be when it changes to the full screen video mode, something is out. Any help would be appreciated! Thanks Aaron ________ Juggalo |

You're probably using Xv for the playback, and I seem to remember something about it only working on one screen in a multiheaded set up. A search of the forum might turn up more info. |
