Alright, Summer is Here, and free time is abudent.
Here Is what i have for my backend server Right now.
Asus P2B-D with Dual P3 - 700Mhz
30 gig hard drive and 250 Gig hard drive.
Crappy Video card (Since it is the backend) that was lieing around the house.
Question is, Should I go for a couple hauppage 500s or try to get 150s or 250s. I have heard of some Incompatabilities with the 500s with Motherboards, and was wondering if anybody had any experience with it. I am not much of a Linux expert, so tweaking and hacking it to work could take a loooooong time. Any ideas? (the backend will have all of the tuners for the time being.)
