| Post subject: | Hardware MJPEG card in KnoppMyth? |
Did a search in the forums for G-400 or MJPEG, but there is only one unanswered post. Does KnoppMyth support the Matrox G-400 Dual Head with the Rainbow Runner G-series hardware MJPEG tuner/capture daughter card (Zoran/Marvel chipset)? I know there are Linux drivers for it, see: http://marvel.sourceforge.net/ but since I am new to Linux and still learning the basics of the OS, their installation (playing with kernel sources, etc) is too much for me now. Thanks. |

I am very interested in geting this working as well. I have tried an install of the g400 linux drivers, but i do not have enough knowledge to get them working. Any pointers as to how I cas either install the drivers? Matt |

You have the drivers right? Don't they come with a README or INSTALL? usually these files include some directions on installing. Matrox does (at least they did) have a support forum. |
