I'm sure I'll be back with more problems soon, but one thing at a time. I'm extremely new to linux, and to mythtv, but I know my way around hardware and around windows. I autoinstalled knoppmyth onto my new system (see specs), and as far as I can tell most of it is working (havent tried the live tv quite yet...). I can't get the built in ethernet card to work. Everything I try to access says it can't find the host (trying to download the zap2it stuff for one). I ran a lspci and it does list my Ethernet controller as a 3com 3C920B-EMB-WNM integrated fast ethernet controller. I've got no clue what to do. Also, directions on how exactly I could get firefox installed if this works would be great. Thanks for any help! Specs: Pundit R barbones: ATI 9100 3Com 3C920B-EMB-WNM cel 2.53 512MB RAM |
