I just installed knoppmyth and Everything went fine until we started the configuration and it wouldn't recognize the ATI TV wonder capture card.

I am not sure what to do. We looked to see if the if the hardwhere was there and it was but when it listed it it said it was an unknown device.

I am betting this is a common thing but I searched the forum and I tried some of the stuff that I found but to no avail.

Also where do you sign up for datadirect? I guess I need a username and password but I have no idea where to sign up.
