Post subject:  XMLTV UKTV Listings - PVR 350 DVB-T PAL UK
Ok, fresh install of Knoppmyth:

Myth setup loads up so I choose...

TV FORMAT: PAL
VBI Format: PAL Teletext
Channel F Table: europe-west

Inputs

Card Type: PVR 350
device: /dev/video0
default input: Tuner 0

Video Source

(I called New Source "Freeview")
XMLTV Listings Grabber: UK alternative
Channel F Table: default

It then crashes at 50%

Ethernet internet access functional

Post subject:  got XMLTV to work.... just getting snow and then crash!
I found this guide:

Having read the wiki above I pressed ALT + TAB to get an XTERM pop-up window at the time when it appears to have crashed at 50%. (I think that there is supposed to be a prompt to press ALT + TAB; maybe this is just a bug on mine).

This prompted me with every channel on RadioTimesUK, so I selected all the free channels. I then ran mythfilldatabase which appeared to work successfully because all the selected channels are now shown in the Channel Editor on mythtv-setup.
