I've got my mythTV box all up and running now, but i'm really not sure where to go when it comes to setting up a remote control. What kind of hardware should I buy? How does the signal get into the computer, PCI card? Serial port? USB? I'm know it relies on lirc to interpret the signals, but i'm not sure on anything else. Any help at all is very much appreciated. I'm quite a noob when it comes to this part. Here are my system specs:

2.4 Ghz Celeron processor
768 Mb RAM
Hauppauge PVR 500 capture card
250 Gig hard drive
Biostar P4VTB mobo
Creative Soundblaster soundcard (not sure which one, i'd have to check)
