Is it possible for it to work or do I have to buy/make an IR Blaster serial connector? Thanks |

I am having some success getting the ir blaster working following the tutorial at http://www.blushingpenguin.com/mark/blog/ I think it helped that i did an apt-get install hotplug, but I'm not sure if it was necessary or not. So far, i've been able to turn on and off the Dish Network box using the IR blaster. I'll post more info as i get it. |
