| Post subject: | Second ivtv tuner/card |
Trying to add a second ivtv based card to my computer. The second card is the exact same hardware I have installed and working already. I needs some clarification on how to set this up in /etc/mythtv/modules: ivtv ivtv0 ivtv1 ivtv2 ivtv3 What is that first "ivtv" file meant to do? This is where I have the config for the first card. I tried adding the same config to ivtv0 and ivtv1 but the tuner is still not getting set for the second card. How should I set this up? |

OK, I think I got it. Just needed to define the second tuner in the ivtv file. options ivtv tuner=xx,xx However, I'm still not sure how the files ivtv0, ivtv1, etc. are used? |
