I just got a second PVR-350 card and want to add it in as a second tuner. I am currently running Alpha 16 but plan on going Alpha 22 soon.

If I upgrade will this take care of the addition of the card for me, or should I add the card in now? If I am to add the card in now, what is the best way to do this. I can follow the typical MythTV instructions for adding the card but was not sure if Knoppmyth had a way to do this easily.

I just did this a bit over a week ago, and wrote it up here... http://mysettopbox.tv/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=5246 It was such a non-event that there's just not much to say. I turned the box on it came up, recognized the card, kicked me into the mythtv-setup utility to add the definition and the video source mappings, and that was that. Even after opening the box back up and swapping the two cards around, and reconfiguring it still took less than 40 minutes.

Thanks tjc, I added the card and it did put me into the setup. I went back and tried to record two shows at the same time and it did not complain.
