Or better to go windows ? |

I wonder if I could win that auction..... This forum is for KnoppMyth, what answer do you think you'll get? Your hardware looks ok, you may have to specify card and tuner type to get your Leadtek tuner working. |

Volrathy, just download (or buy a copy of) KnoppMyth and have a go. It will be a great adventure, and there are plenty of us here who can help you through the inevitable configuration and compatibility problems |

Dont buy from that auction though because he is not selling the latest version. I think his is R5A16, the latest release is R5A22. |

inevitable i dont like the sounds of that it has inevitable configuration and compatibility problems . . . . How about I pay you and you install it ? It will still work out cheaper then buying windows. |

Send me a round trip ticket and I'll install it for you!  No matter which route one chooses, one has to do some configuration. No matter which route one chooses, one may run in to hardware problems. We've done a lot of the configuration for you in KnoppMyth. Read the doc and the wiki, browse the forum. Learn a little. Are you going to pay someone $50 everything an upgrade come out? It is not that difficult...
