Ok so i have my myth box configured and it is working great aside from the blasters no longer working. I had the blasters working through my PVR-150 non-mce cards and the remote configured though my 1st PVR-150 card. The problem was that the remote would stop working after 5-10 mins of use and the only way to get it working again was to do a reboot from ssh (reboot from myth menu would not fix it)

So i decided to get a MCE USB remote (2005 Phillips model). Used the walkthrough from knoppmythwiki.org and the remote works perfectly. Am very impressed with it as it runs much smoother than the PVR-150 remote.
Problem is once i installed the USB remote the blasters on the PVR-150 cards stopped working.
I left my /etc/lircd.conf file with the necessary code for my cable box as well as the code for my new usb remote.

If anyone has any ideas on how to trouble shoot this it would be greatly appreciated.
