Hello,

I'm trying to get my haupauge Silver remote that came with my pvr-150 with the reciever blaster cable working.

I'm running R5A30.1 with the updated IVTV 0.4.2.

I used these instructions to upgrade to 0.4.2:
http://knoppmythwiki.org/index.php?page=CompileIvtv

The card works fine. The remote still doesn't work.

To get the remote to work I've been using:
/usr/local/bin/lirc-reconfig.sh
-> 16 (Hauppauge) -> d (PVR-150)

Is this the correct script?

I think the key is in my /var/log/kern.log

Code:

I'm not running a remote on an R5A30 install, but this is how I got the PVR-150 remote working on R5A16:

Also, if you wanna take a look at my lircrc for this remote, you can get it here:

Thanks!

I actually went and bought the MCE remote because of this issue. The MCE remote worked pretty much right out of the box.
