Every button I press on the remote causes ANY/ALL (menus, tv, recording, etc.) MythTV screen to go black for a moment before the command takes place. But when I use the keyboard, everything is fine.

I've scoured the net looking for posts on this issue and found none. Any help is welcomed.

I have a Hauppauge pvr 350 and I'm using the gray remote setup.

Everything seems correct with I look at irw output.

Gigabyte board with Sis chipset, Intel Celeron D 2.8MHz, 512MB Ram.

May be a problem with SiS video. Configured External Video display on PVR-350 and problem goes away.
