I seem to have an issue on my freshly installed KnoppMyth box.
I am using a Via EPIA 1GHz Mainboard (running both front and backend) and a PVR-150-MCE tuner card.
- The picture is good.
- The sound is fine on most channels but choppy on others.

On my old TV I had the same problem (I think it's due to poor reception in my area). To make it work, I toggle analog sound instead of NICAM on my old set.
For this reason, I believe that if I could get my PVR-150 to disable NICAM sound and use analog instead for some of the channels, the issue would be gone.
I reside in the Kingdom of Denmark - where the standard is PAL and digital sound (NICAM).

The question is: How do I disable NICAM on the PVR card?

Or... Do You have other suggestions to improve the sound quality?
