Hi,

I just ebayed an micro-ATX board with processor and ram for a really good price. I want to make a Mythbox and since there are just two pci slots onboard, I thought about a full-featured card to get tv-out. Depending on the needs (I'm likely going to sell it) I thought about a PVR 350 or a Nexus-s. The PVR 350 tv-out seems to work with KnoppMyth, but what about the Nexus-s (Rev. 2.x)? At least I found out the kernel supports it.

In case I want to add another budget card, most likely usb, does this one use the hardware mpeg encoder of the full-featured card or does it use software encoding? I want to use a Duron 850 or 1000 and I'm curious if thats enough.
