| Post subject: | PVR 150 Remote Stops Working Randomly |
Hi, I have a PVR 150 that came with the 415 remote and it works great on install but after a while it will just quit working for no reason.... I reboot and it works for a while and then quits.... Anyone have any ideas? I tried the IVTV upgrade and it broke everything and I have reinstalled.... |

Try upgrading to ivtv 0.4.3, Instructions are at: http://www.knoppmythwiki.org/index.php?page=CompileIvtv If you're setup to ssh into the box and can cut and paste it takes under 10 minutes. If you've got tuning issues with a BTTV card afterwards you may need to eliminate redundant versions of the tuner module so that it doesn't mix and match. I remember seeing a recent post about how to do this in the DTV subforum. |

For a quick temporary "bandaid" fix, run: Code: ivtvctl --reset-ir
