I'm running a PVR-150 in my Shuttle SK41G PC which barely fits. I would like to try a 500, how much larger is this card?

I tried fitting my pvr-500 into two shuttles. Both models were a few years old but the card would not fit in either one without touching something else.

The back of my PVR-500 touches the hard drive cage, but I put a few strips of electrical tape on the outside to prevent any conduction/scraching, and everything works great!

My SN41G2 came with a rubber bumper on the drive cradle to keep cards from shorting out against the aluminum...
