Problems with Technotrend C-1500 DVB and USB wlan (zd1211)

Hi,

I recently started to install KnoppMyth and the installation went fine until mythtv-setup was run. After setting up my DVB card fine and the source, I ran into problems when I tried to scan for channels. I got the following error messages in the terminal:

2006-03-22 21:37:12.775 DVB#0 Using DVB card 0, with frontend 'ST STV0297 DVB-C'.
2006-03-22 21:37:12.831 DVB#0 DVB SI Table Parser Started
2006-03-22 21:37:12.846 DVB ERROR - Invalid symbol rate parameter '', aborting.

The setup would not scan for anything but stopped immediately. Any thoughts on what might be causing the problem?

I also tried to get my USB wlan working. It uses the ZD1211 chipset and I tried to use both the drivers provided (with the product itself) and drivers downloaded from http://www.zydas.com.tw/downloads/download-1211.asp. I get the following errors when I run make:

Thanks for the tip, WLAN works like a charm now.

However, I still have the problem with not being able to scan for any channels. After choosing full scan, it says there's an error with the parameters and I get the following text in the terminal:

I tried to google but found very little reference to the error message. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

On a further note, when exiting mythtv-setup, it says:

Card 1 (type DVBinput) has been set to start at channel 3 which does not exist. Do you want to fix this?

Maybe this is related to my problem..
