Dear all,

I'm setting up a basic remote recorder (see http://mysettopbox.tv/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=9561) and have hit a problem.

Due to time restrictions, I wasn't able to get the card I would most like, but got this on loan from a friend just to test: Compro DVB T-300

I've found a few threads on separate sites saying they had big problems, kernel recompile etc.

I'm not able to get it working with the latest KnoppMyth install.

Can anyone give me tips?
Or a recommendation for a good s/w encoding card?
