I have read alot of the posts. I have tried changing the frequencies of the cable. I tried changing the caption to none.

Are there any other ideas on how to fix the stuttering option?

Your not supplying much information there I'm afraid.
Under what circumstances is it stuttering?
Do you only get stuttering when using cable?
Do you have any other TV sources that are stutter free (What's it like when you play a DVD for example)?
Have you examined logs files for possible problems with your Myth setup?What is your hardware?
More information is better in diagnosing problems.
