I am seeing the following errors in a log file for jobs run out of /etc/cron.daily -- should I be concerned or are these noise?

Code:
user ftp: directory /srv/ftp does not exist
user http: directory /srv/http does not exist
      pwck: no changes
no matching group file entry in /etc/gshadow
add group 'uucp' in /etc/gshadow ?No
no matching group file entry in /etc/gshadow
add group 'locate' in /etc/gshadow ?No
      grpck: no changes
