In knoppmyth there used to be a program called scan which I think was part of the dvb suite of programs. It allowed me the scan all the dvb-s channels. I used to run this nightly and had a mysql table to keep the results and work out if channels had changed in some way so I could change things around or add new channels as needed. Is there a replacement for scan or do I just install it somehow? edit 1: I did... Code: pacman -S linuxtv-dvb-apps
