Hey there. Just wondering if there is a way to setup a clean playback log for the frontend? I know the mythfrontend.log file displays what recorded program is being played back, but it contains so many other lines of info to fish through that I am interested in something different than the frontend log. Here is what I am looking for: - A log that just contains playback information. Ideally this would include time amount of time paused. - Playback information would show the name of the program, and would include both items items in 'Watch Recordings' and 'Videos'. Background Info - We have a nanny, and I think she may be using the tv too much for our liking when we are not home. I want to see how much video is being played back, and what exactly is being watched. Giving her the benefit of the doubt, I would like to know the amount of time paused for that reason incase she started a show for the kids, paused if for several hours, then resumed later in the day. Also, I am currently on 7.2 Thanks! |

You might look on the web for such a thing which someone has bound to have written. Either that or grep/sed/awk the backend logs. |
