Hi All,

Can use a bit of help. NCIDD log file in /var/log consumes all of the disk space How do I disable or uninstall the service applicable to this log file? The service is something related to callerID.

Thanks in advance

I do not have an ncidd log, but I never configured anything for caller id. I do have an ncid program installed. I'm not sure what would happen if you removed it. Does the log contain anything useful?

Thank you for the reply. Removing the ncidd.log file did not fix my problem. I am struggling keeping free space on the /dev/sda1. Something is consuming it fast and I have not found what it is. I will open a different thread since the issue does not seem related to ncidd.log.

Thanks.
