Hi All, Can use a bit of help. NCIDD log file in /var/log consumes all of the disk space How do I disable or uninstall the service applicable to this log file? The service is something related to callerID. Thanks in advance |

I do not have an ncidd log, but I never configured anything for caller id. I do have an ncid program installed. I'm not sure what would happen if you removed it. Does the log contain anything useful? |

Does the log contain anything useful? Thank you for the reply. Removing the ncidd.log file did not fix my problem. I am struggling keeping free space on the /dev/sda1. Something is consuming it fast and I have not found what it is. I will open a different thread since the issue does not seem related to ncidd.log. Thanks. |
