i recently had a hard drive crash, which prompted me to install a new hard drive and do a fresh install from a 6.0.4 cd release. i applied my backups and used packman to get the latest updates. everything was working great, but after a little while, i needed to go into the lines setup screen. when i do that, the screen flashed to a solid grey and returns to the previous screen. the mythfrontend log shows: Code: 2011-08-08 17:18:21.345 Application binary version (0.24.20101129-1) does not match libraries (0.24.20110505-1)
2011-08-08 17:18:21.345 This application is not compatible with the installed MythTV libraries. Please recompile after a make distclean 2011-08-08 17:18:21.345 MythContext, Error: Unable to allocate MythCoreContext 2011-08-08 17:18:21.346 Application binary version (0.24.20101129-1) does not match libraries (0.24.20110505-1) this error comes out when i attempt to go into the setup screen. looking at the screens xml file, it show that it is doing an "exec mythinstall" i've looked into the packman log file and do not see any of those specific versions listed. also, doing a pacman -Qi and grepping for those versions returns nothing. so, it is unclear to me which application is at version 0.24.20101129-1. resyncing pacman repos shows no updates are available does anyone have any ideas where to look next? |
