Post subject:  Firefox/Chromium... don't care, but I need 1 or the other

So I upgraded and find that Firefox isn't in the repository any more. I checked the forums and several people have said that Chromium is the new flavor of the week. That's fine with me, but that doesn't seem to be in the repository either.

Can someone please explain to me how to get either Firefox or Chromium? About 50% of my LinHES usage is streaming flash movies (JTV, Hulu, Youtube, NHL Game Centre) and this is a major problem for me :(

Please be somewhat specific as I am still learning archlinux. I knew Debian fairly well, but I'm old and change scares me

Thanks in advance.

Upgraded to what? R7? Firefox is still in the R6 repos. Chromium is in the current stable (R7) repos.
Code:
sudo pacman -Sy chromium

I upgraded to LinHES R7.2

Ok, I ran pacman -Sy chromium and it found it.

I swear I tried that last night and got an "error: target not found". I switched my "extra" repository to a public mirror and installed Chromium and Firefox but they had dependency issues that I wasn't willing to manually resolve (as that is what hosed my last system and forced me to re-install/update)

Anyways, thanks for the help. Must have been a PEBCAK error :)
